     Having an Inspection done before you list your home is a great idea.  This allows you to take care of all the little problems ahead of time so your sale goes as smooth as possibile. 

     Imagine this.......You're in a rush  you have a buyer lined up and they wana close ASAP.  Sounds good right??   Then the Inspector finds a few problems with Your home that you didn't know about.  Trying to get the repairs made ASAP could cost you alot of extra time, Money, or even the loss of your potential buyers.  Where as if you had got the inspection done BEFORE  you put your house on the market You could of taken care of these problems ahead of time.

     Having a Sellers Inspection done shows the potential buyers that you aren't trying to hide anything because you hired a professional to find any problems that may exist.
